The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) is a mobility scholarship program funded by the European Commission that enables the exchange of bachelor's and master’s degree students for study abroad periods, and doctoral candidates to carry out research/studies relevant to their doctoral projects. The exchange is for limited periods of 3 to 12 months. Credits earned and research work done during the exchange period will be recognized by the home institution after students return home to continue their studies. The scholarships cover a monthly allowance and a contribution to the travel cost. If not covered by other means, the students are, in general, responsible for insuring themselves during their stay at the host universities according to their terms.
